Full-Time Housekeeper

Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Placement

Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Clearwater, FL

Compensation: $35/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly meticulous, dependable, and service-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to manage the daily care, maintenance, and organization of a fine private residence in Clearwater, Florida. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in luxury private estates or high-end hospitality, possessing exceptional attention to detail and self-management skills.

This role requires an individual who thrives working independently, takes pride in maintaining pristine standards, and can efficiently prioritize daily housekeeping and laundry duties. We are looking for a dedicated professional seeking a long-term placement with a key emphasis on reliability, quality of work, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Housekeeping: Perform deep and routine cleaning across all areas of the home, ensuring rooms are kept to immaculate, luxury standards.
• Surface Care & Fine Finishes: Properly care for high-end materials, custom finishes, delicate surfaces, and fine furnishings using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Laundry & Garment Care: Manage full-service laundry for the household, including washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and proper closet organization and care of fine linens and garments.
• Organization & Space Management: Maintain neat, highly organized living spaces, closets, pantries, and storage areas.
• Task Prioritization & Self-Management: Work independently to structure daily and weekly cleaning schedules, manage time effectively, and execute special household projects as needed.
• Household Support: Assist with general household tasks, inventory monitoring of cleaning supplies, and ensuring the property remains guest-ready at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of full-time housekeeping experience in luxury private residences or 5-star hospitality environments highly desired.
• Skills & Work Ethic: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of working quickly and efficiently without direct supervision.
• Personality & Dependability: Service-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and proactive with a consistent commitment to high-quality work.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills; comfortable asking questions and providing updates.
• Background & Eligibility: Must pass a comprehensive background check and possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
